Blueberry Mist

Ingredients

  • 60ml vodka
  • 60ml Blueberry cordial
  • Soda water

Preparation

  1. Add 60ml of vodka in a shaker with ice
  2. Add 60ml Blueberry cordial, then shake until frothy
  3. Strain into a highball glass half-filled with crushed ice
  4. Top up with soda water
  5. Garnish with a lemon wheel, sprig of mint and blueberries

Blueberry Lemonade (non-alcoholic)

Ingredients

  • 60ml Blueberry cordial
  • Soda water

Preparation

  1. Add 120ml Blueberry cordial in a highball glass half-filled with crushed ice
  2. Top up with soda water
  3. Garnish with a lemon wheel, sprig of mint and blueberries
