NAMIBIA. VAST AND BREATHTAKING.
We’re excited to add Namibia to our portfolio of destinations offering your guests the opportunity to experience another extraordinary country. From the towering dunes of Sossusvlei to the wildlife of Etosha, Namibia’s stunning landscapes and rich culture promise unforgettable adventures.
Sossusvlei Desert Lodge is a luxurious oasis set in the heart of Namibia’s ancient Namib Desert in Sossusvlei Private Desert Reserve. Nestled at the foot of mountains and surrounded by vast, shifting dunes, the lodge offers an extraordinary escape in one of the most dramatic desert landscapes.
Guests can enjoy a seamless blend of comfort and nature with spacious, elegant suites that feature floor-to-ceiling glass windows, offering panoramic views of the desert. Each suite includes a private patio, a private plunge pool, a living room with a fireplace and our favourite, a large retractable skylight above the bed perfect for stargazing. Showering at Sossusvlei offers 180º desert views allowing guests to immerse fully in the surroundings.
The lodge offers a variety of experiences, including guided desert excursions to explore the famous Sossusvlei dunes, nature walks, and thrilling quad biking adventures.
We particularly love their helicopter offering which allows guests to get a scenic bird’s-eye view of the vast desert expanses surrounding the lodge. One can enjoy awe-inspiring views as the helicopter soars over an ocean of jagged mountain tops and dune fields – a landscape that has remained unchanged for millions of years.
